A perfect day at the lake
There are places that stay in your mind. Parc Hotel at Lake Caldaro****s is one such place.

The lake is as smooth as a mirror. We make the most of the tranquillity to enjoy a refreshing dip in the lake before breakfast.
The sun is smiling. The sky is a radiant deep blue. Everything is perfect for a day at the lake.
We take a seat on the terrace of our hotel in Caldaro and order a creamy cappuccino, enjoy some yoghurt with regional fruit and croissants fresh from the oven.
The water is glistening. We accept the challenge – off to uncharted waters! We climb aboard a pedalo and head from the landing stage to the centre of the lake. All around there are reeds and green hills; a duck behind leaves a trail on the smooth surface of the water.
After an action-packed morning in Parc Hotel at Lake Caldaro, we enjoy a little lunch on the lake terrace beside the carp pond. The service staff pour us a fantastic Pinot Grigio!
Wow! There is so much to discover! The wine village of Caldaro with its picturesque centre and the many hiking paths round about. We decide on the pleasure of sweet idleness, sitting beneath the palm trees in the extensive hotel park. Now and then interrupted with a dip in the lake, in the pool or half an hour on the home trainer in the extensive fitness room.
Sommelier and Restaurant Manager Gottfried invites us to the hotel's own Bacchus Cellar and lets us sample some wonderful South Tyrolean wines.
Sunday is gala night with a welcome aperitif! Classics from Italian and South Tyrolean cuisine are served. Head Chef Otmar Oberhammer and his team are true masters of their creations. A wonderful atmosphere is the accompaniment for dinner at the lake.
