Hiking & Cycling
Step by step through woodlands, meadows, vineyards, up rock faces and summits.
The lake glistening in the distance. Anyone who hikes, simply walks away from the daily grind and opens up their gaze and heart to the wonder of nature. The views to the lake make
hiking in Caldaro especially alluring. In total, Caldaro provides some 120 km of hiking paths, from the gentle wine path route, to way up to 1800 metres. Summit pleasures while
hiking at Lake Caldaro are provided by the Penegal, the Gantkofel and the Roen.
Tip: Enjoy a trip on the nostalgic Mendelbahn, on the pass of the same name,
and start out on your hikes from there.
