Round the clock pleasure. In the morning a relaxing breakfast at the lake awaits, then in the afternoon, there is a small, wonderful day menu in our Palm Restaurant, and a variety-packed cake buffet. In the evening a sophisticated 5-course menu with salad and starter buffet awaits.
North and south meet in our gourmet hotel in South Tyrol, not just in terms of the landscape, but also at the stove. Head chef Othmar Oberhammer magics up wonderfully balanced Alpine-Mediterranean meals using fresh, seasonal produce. To top this off, we serve fine wines from our own wine cellar.

Culinary themed evenings provide surprises; at times dishes follow the theme 'Out of the water, at others it is all about 'Bella Italia' or it is South Tyrol cuisine that comes to the fore.
Every Sunday there is a gala dinner in our gourmet hotel in South Tyrol; the weekly highlight for those of you with a sweet tooth is our big dessert buffet, with chocolate fountain and fresh fruits, along with some cheeses from the South Tyrol area,
complete with chutney accompaniments.
