The Corner Junior Room, Superior Junior Room and Garden Junior Room categories have a side view of the lake, while the Single Room and Small Double Room categories do not have a view of the lake.

Yes, there are rooms and suites that are ideal for families: Superior Junior Room with a separate children’s sleeping nook, Garden Suite with a separate bedroom with a single bed, Lake Suite with a separate attic room, Parc Suite with separate living and sleeping areas and two bathrooms, and Pool Suite with two separate bedrooms.

Near the hotel you have the opportunity to play golf and tennis, as well as go hiking and cycling. We also offer a hotel shuttle to Caldaro for the farmers’ market, weekly market and the long Thursdays (July and August).

Yes, the hotel offers its own bicycle hire service. Bicycles are available free of charge, while e-bikes can be hired for €25.00 per day.
How far away is the nearest mountain lift?
Just 5 km from the hotel, the historic Mendelbahn funicular climbs to the Mendel Pass, passing vineyards and apple orchards and offering breathtaking views over Caldaro.
What services are included in the price?
Depending on your booking, the price includes either our gourmet breakfast buffet or gourmet half board, underground parking, a welcome drink on arrival, juices, teas and apples in the wellness area, use of the entire hotel park, wellness area and private beach, the fitness room, activity programme, and complimentary hire of pedal boats, rowing boats and stand-up paddleboards.
What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?
The following cancellation terms apply in the event of cancellation:
- Cancellation up to 3 weeks before arrival: free of charge
- Cancellation within 3 weeks up to 1 week before arrival: 50% of the total price will be charged
- In the last week before the arrival date, in case of late arrival, early departure or no-show: 80% of the total price will be charged.
Please note that cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
How much is the tourist tax?
The tourist tax is €3.00 per person per night (from 14 years) and is charged on site.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards or bank transfer to pay for your stay.
Does the hotel offer travel cancellation insurance?
Yes, the hotel offers Travel Cancellation PLUS insurance from European Travel Insurance.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit is required when booking. The amount of the deposit depends on the total price.
Are there any offers for referrals?
Yes, we offer a special thank you for your recommendation: if a guest books on your recommendation, you will receive a voucher worth €6.00 per guest per day. For example, if you recommend a one-week stay to a couple, we will give you a voucher worth €84.00. You can redeem this voucher during your next stay at Parc Hotel.

Yes, we offer private breakfast or dinner on the jetty, a private spa with couples’ treatments, as well as romantic extras such as flowers or carriage rides.
