• The rates are based on the different room categories, the length of stay and the availability. This flexible pricing model rewards those who book as early as possible.

• Prices are per person and day with the Parc Hotel's gourmet half-board and all the inclusive services, additional costs and taxes outlined, plus local taxes of € 3.00 (payable by those aged 14 and over).

• We apologise but we are not able to reserve specific room numbers or floors.
• When you let us know in advance that you will not be having an evening meal with us, 20€ per meal will be refunded.
• In place of our evening menu, as part of our gourmet half-board, you can also dine à-la-carte in the afternoon on the lake terrace.
• Room outlines and images may differ from those shown.
• With the issue of the new price list, all previous lists become invalid
• Arrival and Departure: Your room or your suite will be ready for you to move into from 15:00 on the day you are due to arrive. You may also arrive earlier and make use of the wellness area and the bathing beach at Parc Hotel al Lago. On the day you are due to depart, we would ask you to vacate your room by 11:00.
• Pet-free hotel: We apologise for any inconvenience, but pets are not permitted access to Parc Hotel al Lago.
• Hotel restaurant: Your elegant appearance will enhance the ambience of the evening. Please wear appropriate attire for the occasion.

We accept cash, credit card/debit cards or bank transfers by way of payment for your stay.

Extensive window facades providing superb panoramic views to Lake Caldaro. Rooms/suites with balcony/sun terrace. All feature air-conditioning, mini-bar, radio, hair-dryer, satellite TV, telephone, free W-LAN, safe and bathing bag. The small double rooms and single rooms do not have a lake view, and feature shower/WC.

Has something suddenly cropped up, meaning you can no longer go on holiday as planned? Cancellations are always unpleasant; for you and for us too. Please note that room cancellations can only be accepted when made in writing.

• Cancellation up to 3 weeks before you are due to arrive: no charge

• Cancellation from 3 weeks to 1 week before: 50% of the full price will be charged
• During the last week before you are due to arrive, in the event of delayed arrival, early departure or no-show:  80% of the total price will be charged.

Should a stay no longer be possible due to Covid-19 (only applies in the event of illness and/or travel restrictions on account of the virus), cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before you are due to arrive.

Hotel Cancellation PLUS insurance covers you. Things might happen before you are due to travel, but with our cancellation cover you will be financially secured. Should you arrive late for your booked stay at the hotel, do not turn up at all, or leave early, no cancellation fees will be charged. To ensure you will have no fees to pay in such instances, we recommend you take out cover with Europäische Reiseversicherung.

When another guest makes a booking based on your recommendation, you will receive a voucher for € 6.00 per guest and day. For instance, if you recommend us to a couple who then stay for a week, we will provide you with a gift voucher for € 84.00. This can then be redeemed during your next stay in Parc Hotel.
