Host Marcus De Carli looks after the Bacchus wine cellar, home to more than 200 exquisite wines, with great passion. He regularly invites guests to wine tastings together with selected partners from Caldaro and the surrounding area. For Marcus, personal contact with guests is particularly important.

His wife Anna Rita embraces the philosophy of the Parc Hotel with great enthusiasm. She not only nurtures close relationships with guests, but also takes care of everything that grows and blossoms – her green thumb can be seen everywhere, quite literally “through the flowers”. Their daughters Emma and Lisa, meanwhile, make something else blossom: the happiness of the family.

Agnes De Carli is the heart and soul of the house. Her genuine joy in caring for every guest can be felt throughout the hotel. Her passion for nature, health and an active lifestyle comes to life during the hotel’s weekly guided hike. It is particularly important to her that both guests and staff feel equally comfortable and at home at Parc Hotel am See.

Helmuth De Carli † learned the hotel trade from the ground up. This solid foundation, combined with vision, foresight and meticulous care, reached its highest expression with the creation of Parc Hotel am See. He was, and remains, the driving force behind this gem, which so many guests have come to appreciate and love.

Daughter Marion De Carli led the reception team at Parc Hotel am See with great dedication until 2019. Today, she has found her personal happiness with Lukas Gerstl of Hotel Das Gerstl Alpine Retreat and Gerstl Family Retreat in Val Venosta. Together with their daughters Gioia Marie and Stella, their family happiness is complete.
